this is my last month in fotolia....totally schizophrenic industry...they accept everything in the last 7 months...now nothing is good...
rejection for noise in still life images shot with tripod pixel shift and top notch glass on a pentax k1...not even if you zoom in 5000% you can spot noise.
anybody experience this?
maybe they should began cleaning the s....t of library they have with thousand of copycat, similar files with tons of small variations.

If you zoom at 5000% you don't see noise, but you see big colored squares

Can't remember the last time they rejected a file. So, no change for me.
They are also one of my best earners.

Could just be a bad reviewer. When I have photos rejected, I'll look them over and if I think the rejection is bunk, I reupload. Usually they get accepted the second time around.

I never tried reuploading anything to FT. You can't delete the rejected files so wouldn't they know that it was already rejected?

I had some strange rejections lately too, this week. Two images from the same session but different, one accepted, the other rejected for "Similar file already submitted", meaning that one of them is enough.
Though, there are contributors with pages of almost identical photos.

Also two floral backgrounds rejected for "Lack of aesthetic or commercial appeal". Aesthetic appeal? This sounds like: I don't like your haircut.
