Topic: FT EL prices

This discussion was lost in another non-FT thread.

I can't edit my EL prices, they show the minimum price (US$17.50) in the edit page.  I saw this in a recent upload, and to my horror I saw the low price was set to all my images and I could not edit.  I have emailed support and got no reply yet.

I noticed however that my latest upload, in which I could not set my price, already shows the US$50 I asked them to set.

All images in fact show US$50 as I requested (most of them already were).

The edit page still don't let me change this field though.  I thought this might be another IE6 issue, but I tried it at IE7 at work and it's the same.  A colleague however said he can edit his.

Is anyone having this problem?

Regards,
Adelaide

I guess it's only with me then.  Not only not editing but showing the wrong price in the edition page even if the buyer sees the correct price.  Sad

I thought I had the same problem. I even emailed fotolia about it. Then I took a closer look. I was looking at the rightmost "Your Revenue (Credit)" column which has what appears to be editable text fields, when I should have been loking at the leftmost "Credit Price" column.  The page is a bit confusing, but once I realized that I was looking at the wrong column, I was relieved.

Nick,

I was going to write a mea culpa because I have noticed exactly this mistake earlier today.  I don't know what happened, as I'm not new to FT, but I was totally blind and did not see my mistake even after so many attempts. Roll Eyes  Roll Eyes  Roll Eyes

I guess the blonde inside me surfaced in the past days. Grin

Now, how did the new image got its EL price just as I wanted (maximum)?  Does it keep the previous entered price? I remember this when I uploaded a few images in a series, but not a single one.

Sorry everyone for taking your time with my stupidity.

Regards,
Adelaide

Adelaide,

I believe the prices do carry over from the last time you set them. The categories remain when uploading multiple pics in the same session.

BTW, do they have to make the two columns look so * similar? Roll Eyes I got a response from fotolia saying that they changed the prices as requested. But apparently they didn't have to! I bet someone had a good laugh at my expense. Grin
