This is probably right in front of my face.... I just moved up to the bronze level at Fotolia & am wondering how to increase the price for my EL's ? I hoping there is a way to universally change them all at once and not have to do every file one at a time.... Thanks in advance!

Congrats for the new level.

In the past it was just a matter of sending support a site mail asking for the increase in all images.  That was before V2 however, and the site mail I sent them after the transition (not related to EL price) was always answered with "sorry, but we can't do that right now".  I hope in this case it's different.

Regards,
Adelaide

When I hit silver I had to mail them twice about changing my EL prices. I didn't bother changing my EL price when I hit bronze, and waited too long before sending my second mail, which cost me $100+ in commissions.

Since V2, change is made automatically within 48 hours.

I've sent a message last month to raise prices and here is the fotolia support answer:

"Currently our records show that all your images have a price of 50 credits for the Extended License. When an adjustment is made in an account it can take up to 24hours (server update) to reflect the changes. If this is still not reflecting in your account by tomorrow please let us know in order for us to be able to report it to the engineers."

So...wait and see...
