Okay, I've been with Fotolia for about 6 months now and have to admit I no longer focus on them (meaning no new uploads) but today I received an email which sounds like I just submitted my new account yesterday?

I sent an email to support but that doesn't usually help me. Does this look familair to anyone? I'm not super stressed about it but it is odd?

Exactly why I focus on other companies, although I know some people SOMEWHERE actually function somehow with these guys
