Mat, I have a payment that's been pending since Apr 1, and now I have about $75 in sales I can't request payment. There haven't been any large sales that should hold anything up. I couldn't find any contact info anywhere on the site.

Should I go to the Fotolia site to get help? And speaking of which, will these two ever be merged?

I requested mine on the 1st and got it the 4th.
(not bragging or anything - just wanted to let you know some were timely).
I would be concerned too at this point.

I made my request April 1st too and it still says "Pending". I use PayPal - things have generally been faster than this.

I also noticed that I can't request a new payment immediately after the previous one has been processed, anymore.
I get the message "You can't make a new conversion until the previous one has been processed.", even if the previous request is already available on my Paypal account.

lt can only do it one day after the previous transfer actually took place.

I requested mine on 4 April but it was never approved in less than 10-14 days for me in the past, so I am not surprised.
They could make it faster though.

I take this back.
I just got my previous week payment and I was also able to request a new one, immediately after.
So the issue I had for the past few weeks seems to be fixed.

Generally payments are made within a week of the request. There can be delays from time to time, I apologize for any you may have encountered. If any of you are still waiting for a payment request submitted on or before April 1, please create a support ticket in the Contributor Portal and I'll look into it for you asap.

I'm working in Paris this week so my response time is going to be different than normal but I am checking emails and support tickets and will respond as quickly as possible.
