Is there a way to refer someone to view my portfolio in AdobeStock like there was in Fotolia?

Yes, when you are in your contributor account, https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/account look in the upper right blue, "see my public profile" click that, it takes you to your public page. You can copy the URL link from there.

Not especially obvious, but that's where to find it.  8)
