Hi...

after FOTOLIA have changed the rules, (before the selected images for free session, were "only" 18 months and are now available for 5 years ...),

all earnings I receive i use to remove that files from free session, however, I wonder if it is happening with some of you:

by checking the photos, select "remove from free selection" and click in "save", my credits are removed BUT the photos still continues available for free??

i looking "credits" and show this:

The support still dont answer to me, but some one have the same problem for remove free photos on FT?Huh? or they change the rules again and i cant remove my photos from they free session??!?!?!?!?!?!?

come ON... is not problem of delay... !!!!!

I still can't remove the unsold images from free session by my self, but I ask and they wrote back and when i have all credits to remove all images, they will do it...

Thank you for your e-mail. Unfortunatelly this is something that you need to do from the account itself. You can remove them from the Free section by selecting them from Your account>My files>Unsold files.

Finnaly i had all my images removed from free session (unsold files)...

All,

Vinicius told me he is paying to get his images removed from the free section, but the latest attempts to "rebuy" his images haven't worked: he is charged, but the images remain on the free section.

Anyone experiencing it?

Just an observation...
Every one got 0.05 credits payed for donating an image to the free section...
But removing it from free section FT charges 0.35 credits from your balance.?..

I also dont understand this -0,35...   The only thing i know is before this problem i removed my UNSOLD-images from free session paying 0.50 credits for each image... now Fotolia deduce -0,35 for each image i TRY to remove, but the unsold-images continues in free session...

before, when i can remove the unsold-images from free session, every thing ok:

I believe it is 0.5 credits, not 0.05.
