hi all, i am uploading files to fotolia using filezilla, i have this problem that i uploads files to fotolia and the files turns out to be many many files some are half images, half grey color, it seems like the files get interrupted during uploading and resume it. for example i upload 10 files, it comes out like 20 or 30 but most are half done ( half grey over the images).

For my filezilla size i didn't get any pop-up asking me do i want to replace the file or resume it, and none of the files is showed as failed upload too.

Did anyone see the same problem? is there a solutions?

(I know it's an old thread but I have a problem with FT FTP now)

Since yesterday files uploaded to FT through FTP upload as normal, then disappear from the FTP folder without showing in the "Manage my files" area, never to be seen again

Same here lads, I just use the http upload for now.

I wonder where all those disappearing images went though...

FTP is working now, but the lost pictures are still not showing so I had to resubmit them

For those using Lightburner, it's easy to reassign to channel without re-uploading (within 3 days)

thanks for the heads-up.  I wonder if the lost files are going to all of a sudden show up and we'll end up with 2 copies of all the files if we upload them again

If it matters, Fotolia's FTP never worked for me. Long ago, with version 2, they screwed up my password and I couldn't even reset it. Since the French chauvinists kept sending me emails in French because I was on a Belgian IP, I had to make a new account. Then they reset the password to the very hard to guess "fotolia". I gave up emailing them since their replies are moronic and I upload since then by Java. Not more than 3 at a time since their Java times out often. I gave them up a year ago and I just collect the regular Paypal transfers, for now. Bascially I hate their attitude but I'm too lazy at the moment to cancel them.

it's a risk - which brings another question: would those files count as rejections or not if we delete them before completing submission? and one more question: does acceptance rate count? (for search positioning, etc)

I have uploaded the same files twice with FileZilla and they are not showing up in "MY Files" section.
Emailed support but still no answer. :(

I uploaded some this morning and they finally showed up not long ago, so I think it is working now as well.  Also, the images I uploaded this morning are there but not the ones I uploaded late last week so it seems that the files that never showed up are lost if newer files are showing up and not the old ones.... so it 'should' be clear to upload files that were uploaded before the weekend.

I received this email from support this morning:
Hi,
We apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately we had an FTP server issue during the weekend. However, everything is up and running again. If those files are still not showing up in your account, please upload them again. It should work now!

Kind regards,

Everything seems to be working fine now but I had to re-upload my images again.
