First time this has happened to me, BME at all my top 5 agencies (ShutterStock, Fotolia, Dreamstime, Big Stock, 123RF) - a day early even. This despite decreasing my ouput last November almost in half. IStock effect? Who knows.. who cares.. let the good times roll  :)

not quite as nice for me, but 123RF and DT are BME and SS could make it. In any case it will be my best March for sure and quite possibly my BME. This helps counteract all the negativity coming from a certain site.

Possibly an effect caused by the end of the financial year (for UK companies, anyway). Buyers may be using up their budgets to avoid having them cut in the coming year.

BME for me too at Shutterstock, Istock, 123RF, Veer and Bigstock. Fotolia not so, and Dreamstime pathetic as usual.

March is always one of the best months for me, sales then start to slow down in to the summer.

This is propably my BME at Shutterstock subscription sales. Overall the month didn't quite make to BME because there was fewer ELs than usual. There is however still time for someone to puchase a few ELs :)

DT is a bit better than my february disaster.

FT is weak.

IS good solid month but not BME. If I got the old 20% royalty rate this month would propably be BME.

I am having a good month also.  BME for Shutterstock, Istock, and Dreamstime.  It will be my overall BME.  I have been doing microstock for a little over 2 years.

great month on all Top Tier and 123RF too

beside SS that is always on top I need to say that FT is over the roof (for my stats) reaching almost 100 sales (used to be half of that)

Wouldn't it be best to wait till March is actually over ?

I suppose IS could claw back a heap of earnings still, but since most of the other sites don't do that in a big way, and we already have a good month, it is unlikely to suddenly get not good. In fact I also managed to get a BME at SS. If I get a few more sales, guess what - still a BME.

march was very good for me except fotolia.

Would have been better if I was still getting 20% at Istock and 33% at fotolia.

With 3 years in microstock photography, BME overall by far with BMEs at Shutterstock, Dreamstime, Fotolia, and BigStock. There was an especially big jump in sales at Shutterstock. :)

I was really delighted with Dreamstime and Shutterstock's performance this month.  123RF performed relatively well too.   It was quite shocking to see the growing gap between commissions from iStock and all the other agencies - with those piddling little 'teen' commissions coming up quite often.

My top five:

Top earner:      Shutterstock @ 30%
Second place:   Dreamstime @ 20%
Third:               iStock @ 14%
Fourth:            123RF @ 10%
Fifth:                Fotolia @ 9%

ETA:  Overall, my second BME!

Shutterstock BME, Dreamstime was oh so close, and Pond5 has equaled total sales for 2010 already.
Istock made plenty of money from me, but kept most of it for themselves, so earnings there were flat, even with increased sales. And fotolia continues it's grim slide into subscription only sales, and less of them at that.

29% Istock
10% Dreamstime

Yes March was a good month. IS was on par, SS WAY UP! FT and DT, good.

Middle tier agencies?  so and so, they could improve their searches a bit more and we would probably see a better result.
