No micro sells RM afaik.  The requirements for policing and administrative would be prohibitive.

back in pre internet days of telecommunications, i worked with several groups that started as ad hoc lists and developed into useful organizations

PNG graphics  format began this way in usenet and compuserve discussions

ESC - educational software coop

from ESC site at http://edu-soft.org :
-----------
The forums on CompuServe operated much the way newsgroups do now. People posted and replied to messages in threads. The forums were devoted to various topics, with subsections in each forum for different interests.

In 1992, in CompuServe's Education Forum (EDFORUM), a group of software developers got together and started a somewhat informal group they dubbed the Educational Software Co-Operative. Andy Motes, author of the popular School Mom program, was the chief organizer. The group generated enough interest that it was granted its own section in EDFORUM.

------------

the other organization was the Assoc of Shareware Professionals

Last time I checked, in FP you had to upload as RF and request to change to RM - you could upload directly as RM in the past though. i don't remember if there is a checkbox or something for the buyer to select only RM.

Dreamstime refers to their Editorial photos as rights managed, but not sure what the point is since the pricing's same as their RF.  (Not totally discounting it, though, since some of my higher ranked editorials that went there before I knew about Alamy or didn't fit Alamy's size requirement do all right.)

Veer doesn't seem to have RM now, but I could be wrong.

They may say that for some reason, but they are certainly under the generally accepted RF terms.

Now that I look, it's sad they don't even know the terms to use (ie RF/RM or editorial/commercial):
"The editorial section provides news worthy images reflecting events from social, cultural and political scenes. Images downloaded under the Editorial section of our site, as well as images downloaded with our Royalty Free license can be used within editorial context as long as the current terms are met. Sensitive usage restrictions also apply."

as a contributors, i would like to sell some of my photos which i think is valuable as Rights-managed price.. and i would like to sell something like isolated apple as microstock price, that's why i am trying to look for more channels i can sell RM.

I had an account with alamy so i just want to reach out more channels.

as a buyers, after getting many RF images, i may need to get something unique images once in a while for some customers, i will wish the same agencies i am using got a library of RM images too.

i remember someone mentioned RM images in one of the microstock agencies..not sure is it featurepics, but i don't see RM license there..only RF editorial license.
