Some amazing color photos from Russia taken in early 1900s. I absolutely love the composition of some of them, too - which proves that comp rules haven't changed much in 100 years!

and it's not even colour film, but a much more modern RGB technique - fantastic

They're great. It's amazing that most people stayed still for the process. Water was a problem, though, it gets false colours. The lack of vehicles and industrial buildings makes the scenes look so peaceful.
