Saw this on yahoo:

What's really funny is in the article, they comment about the poor photoshop job, because the top period on the shirt isn't square and looks like a rhombus. Huh? The folds of the shirt would make it not be square. But as a commenter pointed out below the image, his head looks too big for his body. Camera angles sometimes do weird stuff like that though.

Pro cyclists often have bizzarely under-developed upper bodies on top of their massive legs. It's about the need to minimise unnecessary weight when climbing. Of course Armstrong is leaning forward and it looks like a wide-angle lens was used too __ probably deliberately done to create the effect. Very silly editing though.

That's funny.  No actually the baseline for weight has shifted so dramatically towards the obese that anyone of normal weight looks anorexic. Pudgy is the new normal.

Why would a name magazine pull a high-school stunt like that?  The so-called "editor" must be an ignorant punk with no knowledge of journalism, no concept of ethics, and an event horizon of 2 weeks.   Totally and inexcusably lame.

Not my argument but some consider the cover to be marketing, to attract attention on the news stand, while the insides are editorial.

Hey, look at the free hits and publicity the Mag. got for creating and using this cover shot.  Huh

I think someone is being a bit picky when you witness all the airbrushing, cloning and trimming that covers generally get for the news stand. Consider any issue of Cosmo for starters. Then the instances of body doubles and head pasting? This is not unusual and is very minor.

seems very minor to me and I've seen a lot worse photoshop jobs they've at least tried to get some lighting on the slogan/ t-shirt. grab a really wide lens (17mm etc) on ff camera and you could have a nice big head like that Smiley
