The future is bright for the USD - it's rising not only against the EUR.
Not because US is doing well, but because everybody else is doing worse.

This is a very interesting interactive world currency map:

Isn't the dollar strength making American exports, (Shutterstock material inclusive) less affordable for the rest of the world? Before you rejoice, you might want to evaluate if this is not decreasing your overall non-US sales, hence reducing your income.

The US started this mess and a US bank helped getting Greece in the EU by making their numbers look better then they were. The US is not doing better than the rest at all. I think people have no idea about the true situation of the economy and the situation we are in now and why the dollar is getting 'stronger'. This explains the current situation about the US economy very well:

PS: this is not meant to disrespect US members here. It's the US and global politics and banks I think are wrong NOT the US people.

It is your choice if you want to trust a sensationalist like Alex Jones and his conspiracy theories.

Don't worry Elana, I read (National Post I think?) that oil may go as low as $40 and the bank of Canada thinks the dollar may drop to .75!
