Recently had an image rejected due to noise in the background.  The reviewer pointed out that the area (attached) has too much noise, but I m not seeing any.  I tried to follow up with the reviewer but not getting useful feedback.  Does anyone know what the reviewer might be talking about?

Seriously, all I see is a big blur of either noise or artefacts.

Try using reduce noise, or smart sharpen with more noise reduction than sharpener on it. You want your blur to be smooth - as attached, although I couldn't do much with this low res :P
