As an add-on to the recent thread posted by Whiz, do many of you use "Copy Space" (if relevant) in your list of keywords.
I suppose it's a big help to designers, but do all sites allow?

sometimes I use that keyword.  When i purposely make copy space in an image or can't think of other keywords i put it in.

hi all -

"copy space" is a great term. It shows up on search logs pretty regularly. Definitely helpful for buyers who are looking for sparse images with clean backgrounds or for quickly scoping out those images with intentionally extreme off-center/off-axis compositions.

I use that keyword and never had problems (of course the image must contain copy-space), until a recent wiki'ed image got it removed.  But the same image of a rose had the keyword "rose" deleted (see another thread), so let's see if they rethink this.

Adelaide

I sure don't know. I don't use it as a keyword and don't try to create images with "copy space" anymore. I've had photos rejected for, too much empty space and with comments like, needs to be cropped closer.  Grin

No Win.

I have almost 7.000 images online, and about 20 with "copy, space" kws. I didnt notice any difference in sales between those that dont have those kws. I prefer "isolated". You can always create copy space on isolated images.
