How many real "star" images have you got on Microstock?
I mean, images that continue to sell regualrly and far outshine others in your folio.

For me - I can say 2 and I think I have one in the making.

depends on what you consider a star

some people may say 50 sales a day, personally it is roughly daily sale, others may see a star as a sale a week etc

I have some that are consistent across all sites, however there are also agency specific stars. Images that sell daily on on one site but are dead on others.
