worst month of the year. Sad
approximately -35%  down from last month.
IS 43%   (down from last month)
SS 15%  (significant drop)
FT:15%   (dramatic drop)
StockXpert:11% (not too bad)
DT: 10%  (slightly down)
BS:04%    (average)

Congrats Dan on the $500 mark quite an achievement

For me August was 10 % down, I had a BME at IS , StockXpert went down quite a lot, SS was ok but not great

Dramatic improved of earnings: BME for IS, SS, DT. First time over 1000 $/month.

Today it's my first part-time work day with my old work as web-designer. I will spend the other part of the day shoot and edit my photo and video. And go to swimming. And play with my son. And watch the sun go down over the mountain. I waited for this moment since I was eighteen, and now is here to stay. Never give up. Fight for your right to shoot.

Why does the poll have so many low-earning categories?
0-$100, $100-$500, and $500-$1000 should suffice.

They were only 5% for me Leaf.  Tied for last with BigStock.  I doubt I'm the only one.

2nd best month this year. Up 10% from July, which wasn't really bad.

FT: 48.8% (BME by a lot)
IS: 29.6%
SS: 15.2% (WM this year)
DT: 6.4%

I can sympathize Dan.  And I think you have a definite point.

It's worth pointing out that for some of us that do well on Fotolia, we joined a couple of years ago before the rejection rampage of the last few months began.  Also, I am pretty sure that one of the main reasons they are a top earner for me is because I reached the level to be able to double my prices a couple months back. 

For example, although dollarwise Fotolia is tied for second place this month for me at 16%, they are only 9% of my downloads. 

ETA:  Just read your post about reaching $500/month!  Congratulations!  That is a great milemarker.  I know for me it was when I started feeling like this was a moneymaker and not just a hobby.  It's also the point where my husband stopped complaining about my time wasted and started encouraging me to upload more! Wink
