What has been you highest number of downloads in a month? Mine with a very little portfolio, managed to have 400 in a month. I dont know if we can say its a lot or not since Iv got a tiny portfolio, but overall its a pleasing experience.

If you want to put that in some kind of context the leading earner will be on about 100,000 downloads per month, anybodys guess what their best month would be, but you can be sure that 400 will be more than the vast majority of the 190,000 approved contributors.

Yea but I got it only once. Hoping to see more of this trend soon.

I have no idea.  I can see the top few agencies using a stats app but total across all agencies I can't begin to guess.

sadly my ratio of images online to images sold per month has dropped the longer I have been selling. This has been offset somewhat by increased return per download, but mostly I am uploading to try to keep up with my past sales levels.

It has been a long time since I have had a number of sales = or > the number of images I have for sale. Not that I produce the most wildly commercial images, but it is sad when a daily seller suddenly disappears from the first page of search and becomes a monthly seller.

Two years ago (Nov 2015) I had 446 dls from a SS portfolio of around 500 images. Now with 50% more images my dls have more than halved. Goes to show how things have changed so quickly.  :(

Maximum of avout 300 across all agencies. 200 to 250 is more common though.

It's not surprising if you have only uploaded 250 images in two years.

More uploads would balance things according to you?

Well yeah, all images have a shelf life. There aren't going to sell forever and if you aren't replacing them with new images fast enough your income is going to fall.

At peak I had about 2100 images with iStock. Downloads ran a bit over 3000/month. That was some years ago. It's a fraction of that now...no idea really...I don't track it.

Looks like somewhere over 15,000 last November was my best, that's across the top sites. Don't have an easy way of tracking the other 20+ sites I upload to without going in and doing it manually. I would guess I am clearing 20,000 on the best months all in all.
