Topic: Better exchange rates?

I've got this nagging feeling that I'm losing out on money when I convert from US dollars to my country's currency.
I'm using Paypal and wondering whether other online options would have a better currency exchange rate?

I think they all offer poor exchange rates. There was a similar thread not too long back.  Smiley
