Category Guesser has been "unavailable" for countless months...

Cannot bulk edit images (Safari, Mac) without it overwriting every image with the metadata from the first image selected.... Wrote to support, they did nothing....

Now I cannot even bulk submit images. It looks like it works but nothing actually gets submitted. Have to submit one by one....

It's like they don't even want us to use them.

Similar problems, when I do manage to upload and fill details in when you submit they don't go anywhere. I have tried different browsers, different computers including a tablet all the same.  I emailed support and did get a reply saying they are aware but try logging out and then in again or different browsers.
I had already tried with no success.
I uploaded one image yesterday and it went straight in, tried with others no luck. They don't seem particularly bothered at support by the reply i received.

This is what gets me. Honestly, its like they are so done with BigStock they aren't even going to bother fixing all the bugs cropping up and it will just crash entirely one day.

I wondering why SS do not close BS. BS earnings going down and down (but SS esrnings too ;D)
. SS have to curate many images double with double stuff. Why . they do not keep this "bridge" program open that were a time saver for SS and contributors.

That's right and why don't they just have the BS site transfer buyers to SS and be done with all of that? BS is mostly duplicates and mostly dead. If they cared they could open the bridge on a volunteer basis and have millions more approved images. The site is neglected and broken. With that I decide they just don't care, why not shut down and sent the customers to SS?

Its still in 9th place though which tells you a lot about how pitiful the competition to the "Big boys" is. It probably costs peanuts to run so SS will probably just let it limp along and take the cash.....a "dog" in Corporate Planning speak.

I always figured it was their sandbox to play with schemes to pay us less. Hopefully those schemes don't work too well. If I had known they would have grandfathered the higher pay for the bridge (instead of just one year like they said originally) I'd have gone for it. Instead I stopped uploading. It probably hasn't cost me all that much $ over the years.

Anybody get this message when trying to login?

"Login failed due to administrative reason. For customer service assistance, please contact 001-646-794-1094."

I haven't uploaded there in a long time and I hardly pay any attention to them but since a few days I'm unable to login. Nobody answered to my email regarding this. Autopilot much?

Yes I can answer this about log in in to Big Stock. I just spent an hour talking to them this morning. I had two accounts with them one set up many years ago with 10 images and one with over 4000 images. They closed down the 4000 image account. Apparently it you do use your account much they are shutting them down. The 4000 image account I upload 5-10 images a week. They shut this down by mistake I guess, the good account. After talking to them on the phone , and yes they did not answer my e-mail to support. My account is now able to log in. All my images are gone hopefully they will come back. I guess if the images don't come back it is less stressful to just stop on BigStock. When trying to solve this problem they will not let you talk to the support team that actually works on the image account. I had to talk to an operator and she then talks to support. I am guessing their support is in India or Middle East.

Wow, that is crazy they closed the "big" account.

I emailed support a month ago about removing some of my images and they still have not responded or removed them. I'm wondering if I should close my account. They have really fallen off.

I have a fair amount of sales from Bigstock.
My commissions higher than what I get from SS fairly often.
I sell different images there than others so for me it is not just a repeat of SS.

I joined through Bridge ages ago and files are automatically mirrored from SS but really it was better rior to the SS take-over. Today its a waste of space.

Odd isn't that how they come up in a different new order on BS then SS? Do they get reversed or what? Like the brain in space is first on BS and 4th on SS.

An update on my images at Big Stock. They are reloading my images back to my portfolio. I have about 95% back now. What a mess....Now to get some sales. Someone early said they get big dollars for sales. Clearly not for me..Most of my sells are 20-30 cents per sale.

I would be surprised if BS is still around in five years time

I'm quite excited if I get a 50c sale there ;-). Lowest RPD by quite a margin for me.

I requested a payout from BigStock two weeks ago and according to their payment terms I should have been paid by now. Nobody at BigStock is returning my emails.  I've had to contact SS to seek assistance.  Has anyone had issues getting them to pay?  I hate it when they go silent on contributors, especially around money.  They only own me about $500 but that will go a long way to paying my taxes this year:)

Mantis I just put in a 500 dollar payout request myself today. In past Bigstock was always slow on paying but I always got it in a month or two. They do have a problem on replying back by e-mail. Seems they just don't reply back. If you want to get their attention and this dose work....If you don't get action let them know your are going to make a written complaint to the New York Attorney General.
