Title: Bigstock Uploading Broken. (Three months)

Bigstock seem to not care about fixing the uploading to the web. I use Google Chrome like so many on this site and I will not change.  It's going on three months now and it is still broken.  How do you fellow photographers feel about this?  Since you can't upload--can't make any sales.  Thanks.


PS.  It worked three months ago until they started messing with something that was working.

Only broken this past week for me - but given earnings have gone down the crapper since 2015.....

About 3 months for me too, use Chrome. Worked on Safari but not the most elegant solution! Sales have flatlined anyway.

At least the 3rd time I've said this. FTP works just fine.

I agree the web uploader is broken. It sucks. But you either adapt and use FTP or don't upload.

I use Cyberduck - it's free and easy. FileZilla is another option.
