No help here. I just came back from checking my stats on IS, to see this message.
Sometimes it can be the DNS server from your provider, that is missing the link to IS (and a bunch of other places, but you wouldn't notice) So lets say your WIN browser has that saved, it's going to take a day. If you cleared the cache and cookies and everything, there's not much else. That should have fixed it.
If you are familiar with default DNS server, change it to 8.8.8.8 which is Google Public, and you might be able to pick up the updated list.
