I've requested my earnings to clipdealer since some months, usually they send it in a couple of days but this time they never sent me anything despite i've wrote to them maybe 5 ou 6 times, no answer, no sign of life, anyone in the same situation ?

The same here with my last two payouts. They paid me two months later after many unresponded e-mails. First they wait one or two months to clear the royalties and then another two months to send the payment (but only if you keep sending e-mails and threaten them). After the second time I removed my portfolio. They were under 1% of my stock income and don't deserve my time and nerves at all.
Not paying the contributors on time is the worst mistake an agency could do!
So don't support them with uploads! We should get rid of the bad apples in the stock industry!

Ok, thanks for the information.
How did you deleted your portfolio ? I read on the site you must send an email and wait about 6 months before the removal !

You must send an e-mail and wait 3 months.
They should pay you the remaining royalties.

Same here...last three payouts have taken over two months each. They don't reply to emails anymore either. Makes me wonder if they are in trouble.

After my last rude email here is i've got this morning :

"Hello Stéphane,
I’m really sorry for my late response but I was ill and we are a small
company.
I will make the payout today.

The payout of 90€ is already sent on my paypal account, so quick !! ah ah ha

Very professional to talk about illness and for a 3 months period !!!

I've had the same problem with them a few years back. Eventually I got my payout and dumped them immediately. (don't ask them to delete your portfolio but demand them to remove your account entirely)

I tried opening up / going to address' us.clipdealer.com and en.clipdealer.com and clipdealer.com various ways and it wouldn't open the site, even tried from different search engines, and instead it downloaded some file each time that I could not open. I have no idea what is going on there. Does anybody? Did they close? One of the check if this site is open said it was not opening for them either.

I just checked http://en.clipdealer.com/ and http://us.clipdealer.com/ and they are both back up and open for business.

My experience with them is they have usually as far as I remember replied to emails.
