What is this - mid afternoon and no-one has posted about November earnings? Are we losing enthusiasm or something?
Great month for me - my best if I ignore one $1060 ImageBrief sale a couple of years back. Here is the overall picture:

Worked out pretty average for me Fotolia a roller coaster but turned out decent month in the end. Can stock now seems completely dead used to perform above expectations for me. The others were just pretty much in line with Average.

Decent month for me, considering that I have not uploaded anything because of moving back to London and a sudden youtube mania...

Fotolia is suddenly dying a slow death since the take over from Adobe. Sad because I really liked Fotolia. RIP

suddenly dying a slow death? seems odd.
I did ok - 3rd best month this year, but much closer to the average than the 2 better months. Ss continues to be <50% of where it was. It used to be close to or over 50% of my total. This month it was my 3rd best earning site. I guess I should be glad for diversity, but it is as much from SS dropping as from others rising.

offset is wort the trouble?
i would like to upload to them in case my stocksy failed for high end rf.
blend? is worth..they want a lot of multiracial images i see...

Offset is well worth the trouble but its got to be totally different from micro-style images. I shoot under my business name so I dont get mixed up with micro. SPL is BBC's library once a upon a time, Science photo agency, gives probably the highest royalty percentage of them all, sales over over a grand are quite common there! specializing in science, technology, industry!...
if you dont get accepted at stocksy I doubt its going to work at Offset or SPL they are equally quite tough but give it a whirl whats to lose?

It surely answers the question. Now it is understandable, because to supply professionally images to Canstock,Bigstock,Deposit,bla bla bla would be quite weird to say the least if you take your job seriously. It surely answers the question. CS was a great agency some years back but you know what its like they all have their hey-day and then suddenly its too many pics, too many suppliers too much of everything just look at SS and Adobe 100 million pics a piece almost I mean how can one seriously expect to do any business at all. I recon Getty is going the same way really, they complained badly on Micros and look at them today selling pics for peanuts!
Stock photography is not an easy life anymore :)

Looks like November and December are the best months on a year for me.
It´s the fourth day of December and I already made 1/4 of November earnings!!
high on hopes that i could cut my day job and make a living on footage in 2018. Looks really possible at this time :)

Before you quit your job make sure it will work as hoped for for a while, microstock business is a fickle damsel.

well stoscksy is not to be good creator of content in general, they look for a special look an content. i'm pretty sure from what i see in offset i will not any problem to get in. i'm a provider of redux pictures for editorial, who is a bit tougher i think then all the agency u have talked.

you will end up under a bridge like thousand of people who choose this way:9... be sure to have shoulders well guarded by family money, like 95% of continent creator from instagram or liveng in a third world country.

Ok fair enough but I cant see whats that got to do with Offset?? sure they do a bit of photojournalism but its mainly a creative-content agency, interiors, lifestyles etc. I would have thought for journalism, Magnum, Black-star would be a better bet!...Magnum have already the best and most famous photo-journalists in the world going back to the days of Bresson, Kerzetz, Capa, Gilden, Eiser etc etc....try Magnum why not?

i do both journalism documentary travel and commercial food model interior.
actually i m doing more stock photos recently. in the past i was more in documentary, and i'm sure i will be back to it soon.

This November is worst month this year. 19% down compared to last year November.
Shutterstock is most stable and stay on top. Pond5 earnings rising but Storyblocks and Fotolia falling down.
Here is my top 4 (50$+) compared with November/average of 2016 year:
1. Shutterstock 0%/12%
2. Pond5 24%/28%
3. Fotolia -27%/-11%
4. Storyblocks -50%/-68%
