BME for me. Mostly thanks to a BME at SS (3 ELs on the second got things off to a nice start). Veer also did very well with a BME. DT was a good month. I uploaded a fair bit, but I don't think the new images contributed much yet.

In general the month started very strong and then coasted, but the final total was good.

Well, I'm up a whopping 1% from a fairly lackluster January

I'm 1% up from Jan as well - but considering Feb has only 29 days... it's more like 8% up actually.

Is that the New Maths?
(Even not accounting for the holidays at the beginning of Jan.)

Yes - New Maths, or Self-fulfilling prophecy, or both: whatever helps to convince ourselves we're doing good is fine

February 2012 compared to:

February 2011: $ -17% DL -57%

February 2010: $ -32% DL -63%

Still, at least inspections are fast and accurate now the queue is low and no-one's uploading.

I can't even get views on my images let alone sales nowadays.

Well, I'm up a whopping 1% from a fairly lackluster January, and up 1% from Feb. 2011.  At least the trend is going in the right direction...

As usual, Gostwyck, you and I have very similar percentages from each site.  Up or down % from last year in parentheses.

ISP   28% (-23%)
SS   25% (+36%)
DT   14% (+17%)
Fot   11% (-34%)
Big   5%  (+30%)
123   3%
Can   2%
Alm   6%

Same here BS, has certainly increased!  quiet at first but after this Bridge-to-Bigstock,  its coming on strongly. I never doubted the combination of SS/BS.

Size of the queue and length of inspection time.

I'm talking slightly tongue in cheek here of course.

They need to shift some inspectors over to the editorial queue. Editorials are still taking around a week.  >:(

the size of the queue and inspection time don't indicate anything mathematically

if the queue was shrinking that might indicate something but it has been relatively stable at a lower level
and inspection times are a product of this, if there is no backlog then inspection times will be shorter.

Odd sort of month really - ended up with 3 good weeks and 1 bad one which seems to have been due to the best match shuffling on IS.

Compared to Jan: -7%
Compared to Feb '11: +84%

Video sales on each of the sites are now also starting to trickle in, so it was a BME for video sales with Pond 5 leading the way (though still with statistically insignificant numbers altogether.)

Overall good month... :D

Here are my  pie slices:

SS -  60% (+ 30% BME)
FT -  20% (+ 15% BME)
DT -  15% (-20% under average)
123RF - 5% (+10% BME)

Same here BS, has certainly increased!

Well, to be fair, the BS has increased at several of the sites.  ;)

But in all seriousness, I am impressed with the SS/BigStock combo too.  Nice to see a company buy an established site and nurture it to greater success instead of stripping it bare and shutting it down.

Compared to Feb '11:  dls +60%;  $$ +20% (discrepancy due to no ELs last month)
Compared to Jan '12:  dls +18%;  $$ +12%

Just for fun, I checked back. I already knew that I'd had a totally dire Jan - May 2011, for no obvious reason, mitigated only by some decent ELs. (Where have they gone?)
However I had more dls than Feb 2012 in Febs 08, 09 and 10. Money was more in Feb '12 though.  In Feb 2008, just over a year after I started there, I had about 80% more dls than this Feb (but 40% less $$ - good job it's money, not dls, that makes me happy.  :D )

I'm not getting above my station: today I've only had a Sm and 2 Xsm. The joys of ebb and flow.  :o

Oh, and 2 sales on Alamy.  ;D

I made in total 0,19% (32 cents) more in February than in January. The distribution between the agencies had much larger variation.

Completely best earner for me is shutterstock -  about 60% of all my earnings. Overall earnings are growing every month, but quite slowly. just passed 1000 accepted images milestone at shutterstock and several other agencies, unfortunately, my most desired milestone - 1000 usd from microstock per month - is still far away :)

I am down 21% compared to January and up 11% compared to last year February. My best 4 were: SS, DP, DT, and Zazzle. You can see the full statistic at http://microstockinfos.blogspot.com/2012/03/stock-photography-sales-statistic.html

(This statistic include referral earning at the different agencies)
