I've got an invite and joined Google+ today. I like the way Google is trying to integrate the whole internet experience into one platform.

I'm quite sure Google+ is going to take over Facebook - like Facebook did to Myspace. If people did migrate to Google+ leaving Facebook behind who would take the spotlight after Google+? Google is such a giant, I consider it the home of the internet. Perhaps Google+ will draw it to a full stop.

I see. I don't normlly use my Gmail account, so this is nothing to attract me much.

Actually I am not sure integrating different databases is good for us. I never let FB access my Yahoo Mail, for instance, I don't want them spying on my email friends and subjects. It's very good for them for the commercial point-of-view (targeted ads, for instance), but not for me.
