Just came across a bunch of my images being sold on this "hemistock" site. Anyone know who it's affiliated with? I only found an online article saying that it's Nigeria's first stock agency.... Gee, hope they are affiliated!
-
I checked one of my images there and it has the same file ID like 123RF and Pixmac.
-
Mine are there as well. With 123rf number but it doesn't show author of image. Just "image by blank space"
I'm really looking forward to see some list of affiliates one fine day...
Two days ago i found this http://www.stockphotos.cz/ (http://www.stockphotos.cz/)
It is absolutely sure that it affiliated as site forwards you directly to Dreamstime when you want to buy an image. :-\

So you are saying that your copyright has been removed? Wouldn't that be a copyright violation? Hmmm...deja vu.
-
Yes. I'm tired of it. These images are on Pixmac as well - I don't know how long it will take to 123 to remove them. But on Pixmac I can see author at least.

Just a little note regarding StockPhotos.cz (http://www.StockPhotos.cz) mentioned by jm73.
StockPhotos.cz is affiliated with Dreamstime and powered by the Dreamstime API.
However, it is not a photo agency, nor a reseller in the way it is usually understood.
StockPhotos.cz project (and other language versions (.sk),(.it),(.mx)) is just catalogue or better would be said search engine of stock images.
It displays and lists only the image thumbnails (medium, large previews directly linked from Dreamstime) as any other search engine in the world does.
If the buyer wants to buy an image he/she has chosen, he/she needs to go to the source – Dreamstime agency - using the link.
StockPhotos.cz project does always state the (nick)name (in exact string form - as it is available through the Dreamstime API) of the author near the large image preview. There is always also a >>>> small banner displayed that leads to the Dreamtime’s user profile of the author.
The purpose of the StockPhotos.cz project is to DRIVE TRAFFIC to the Dreamstime agency and to market Dreamstime photos (THUMBNAILS) to the local – language specific audience.
STOCKPHOTOS.CZ (.SK), (.IT), (.MX) PROJECT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HEMISTOCK SO PLEASE DON’T MIX THEM TOGETHER IN THIS THREAD.
If you want to find out more about the StockPhotos.cz project there was already a discussion about it, here at MSG.

Just checked some of mine there and all those I looked had my correct name as author. Anyone else checked theirs? Regards, David.

I was afraid I am the only one but fortunately I am not: http://hemistock.com/stockphoto/photo/5155734.html (http://hemistock.com/stockphoto/photo/5155734.html)

Looks like my images are credited as well... all these affiliate sites are tiring - how are we supposed to keep track of our images! I personally have never seen any profit reported from any of them! And the only solution is really a non-solution (which is remove images from the "parent" site).

Found mine too, except they are under my real name, not my photo name. Pfft
-
They seem to have most of my port too. All with 123rf numbers.

Thanks. That was the reason - I didn 't have my real name at 123rf visible.
