Hi All,

I was wondering if any of you have had your credits dropped this weekend. I just pulled my page up and it says I am now getting 15% after I have already accumulated 40,000 credits which I thought was supposed to leave me at 18% for the coming year. Can anyone help out on this issue? I have sent Istock a message but have not heard back yet. Can anyone explain what happened did I not understand that I had a year to make it top 40,000 credits to keep my 18% but today I am at zero credits and a 15% return. Thanks in advance to anyone that can shed some light on this.

Cheers,
Jonathan

Hi Again,

I just went back to my page and it has increased me to 19%. I think I will just wait to see if it is a bug. You might want to check your percentage today and see if it is changing on you. If they add more percentage I will stay quiet if they reduce I will speak up : )

Thanks,
Jonathan

It happened on Friday, Jonathan:

Everyone's affected.

ETA: And it looks like you've become the first person here or on iStock to report that this has been fixed!  Grin

Oh yes, I see my RCs are showing again. My balance didn't change, though. Wasn't there a feeling that we were being paid at base %age?

Perhaps I was too quick on calling it "fixed", but at least the RC numbers are no longer showing zero. My numbers are off quite a bit from reality, but hopefully they'll figure out the right number sooner or later.

kelvinjay just posted this a few minutes ago:
There are a number of issues that the Dev team are working on right now.

We are aware that there is an issue with RC levels appearing to be reset.

We are aware that acceptance rates have been reset to zero.

We are aware that royalties are incorrectly using the base rate for everyone.

We are aware that last downloads keeps jumping back to a previous date.

Sometimes it's good to be on lower level ( 15% with or without RC issue ).

RC is back.

But my last DL was on Nov. 1.

All my DLs from Nov. 2 to today have disappeared.

Just refresh the page. That's (yet) another issue that's been with us for a few days.

Thanks everyone,

I just checked and mine are back to normal. Nice to know I wasn't the only one out there, I am glad it's fixed. If I need a question answered about Micro this is the best place to find the answer.

Thanks again,
Jonathan

We should give them some sort of an awareness prize for their efforts.

Perhaps they grew aware that the dog ate some of the punched cards on which they store their code after finding some holes spilled on the floor. Or perhaps the senior programmer dropped the box with punched cards on the floor Friday 4pm and no time left to put them back in the proper sequence.
They should really upgrade to paper tape and keep the dog at home.  Wink

My downloads are still jumping back to a previous date.  In my stats, It looks like I had zero sales on Monday, can't remember that happening on a working day for years.  Hopefully that's wrong and my sales haven't hit another record low.

My sales are showing up to yesterday (maybe one overnight one not there, but I can't see my most recent downloads, so not sure); there are still many bugs on the site.
They're taking the site down for maintenance on Saturday.

My stats aren't fixed either.  They keep jumping back to October 31st.  Refreshing the pages helps...sometimes.
