Author Topic: Istock getty esp earning doesn't upload page and doesn't paid (Read 5021 times)

hi! I've tried to acces the royalties page of the getty esp site but it cannot access it. I've tried to create a support ticket but that page seems like down too. They also hadn't paid me this month, so I don't know if I have any sell too. I still can upload images and the Content statistics still works fine in the esp.
I'm the only one who is with this problem?
getty seems so amateur sometimes, why is this happening?

As far as I can see mine is 'working' as much as they let it 'work'.
Remember they don't pay us until the 25th, but we have had our September sales report. Have you cross-checked using e.g. DeepMeta or todayis20?

Update: payment is in my Paypal for September.

After finally gaining access to ESP I see my September payment says it was supposed to be paid out on the 25th. Since this will be my first time getting paid from Getty/iStock in nearly a year (which I have to look into) I'm just wondering if payments are staggered over several days? Sue, I see you got yours on the 23rd. Is it normal for payment to be 1-2 days before or after the payout date on the statement?

They have been a couple of days 'early' most months.
If you're not getting their emails, there's a thread in their forums addressing that issue. I get an email each month to tell me the payment has gone to PayPal.

Until when they continue with the Getty ESP Istock theme. We understand that they merged with our images, with our money and our faith. I do not understand how much more we can expect from a company that changes the balance of money at will, does not respect the payment dates given by themselves, does not answer the emails and does NOT pay !!! Let's stop trusting and worry that this happens with other Banks of Images. Nobody has been paid!
