Photokore is an asian site, I subscribed a few months ago after reading about them on this forum

they kinldy replied to my messages and set up ftp for me and I uploaded a few hundred pictures - which unfortunately are still in the pending queue after 2+ months, so I can't tell about sales

my dreams of glory in the asian market are still unfulfilled so far

Regarding Vectorain, never heard of them

Update: after reading my post here, they emailed me and said my pictures were still in the pending cue for a technical glitch and are now reviewing them.

Nice to know that they are listening and responsive.

I will keep you updated.

Just took a trip through VectoRain looks like commissions are based on your all time totals and your take is a percentage depending on what revenue you've earned and if your exclusive or not.

But the red flag for me is that selling vector files for less than $1 and 25% of a dollar is .25 and since it's less than you'd make less than .25 per sale.  Not much incentive for me to join for less than what I started making at SS at their .25 tier.

It seems to be similar to VectorStock. I think that one VectorStock is enough.

I looked a Vectorain too. Not pleased with the contributor % for a brand new site, and near as I can tell they only have one contributor. Maybe I am missing something but I couldn't find another artist. Also I tried to find out pricing and those links didn't work. They need to become more serious for me to be interested.
Anyone else checked out this site?

When you say you were contacted, do you mean they asked you to submit your images to them?  I realize you might not know the answer to this, but are the two related?  Would think it odd to receive two unsolicited unrelated requests to join at the same time.
