I know I am avoiding work and procrastinating, but hey it's the end of the year, so join me:) Found this browsing though Getty collection:

Wanna come up with some titles for this one?  ;D

This is too weird, just searching for innocent terms "organic vegetables", here is another one:

What would be the use of this one apart from giving me nightmares?  ;D

A strange visual metaphor for abortion, from the old thing of babies coming from cabbage patches?

I've never taken a photo like either of those, which is probably why I am not on Getty.

The lighting is impressive in both cases.

Fear of genetically modified crops? Like them both, attempting something different should be applauded :)

That's it!
I'm rubbish at thinking conceptually.

Yup I guess people that are ignorant in what gen modified stuff is can imagine horrors like that:) Didn't occur to me though. What about sad-looking woman with carrots sticking out of her nose and ears?  Any takers on that one? :)

@BaldricksTrousers - it looks like the cabbage one was just taken on overcast day; the first image is probably just window light with reflector.

Wow.  Real work of genius there!

My caption would be "What's Up (your nose), Doc?" ;D

Alternatively, "The sad, unintended side effects of going vegan".

Ouch!

Seems to me that when produce takes root in your nose and ears it's way past time to clean them out with a Q-tip.

I was hoping that was sarcasm.

Ouch indeed!

I just googled 'carrots in nose' to see if it had some special meaning.  Came across a joke:

A man goes to the doctors with carrots up his nose and celery in his ears and says "Doc... I don't know what's wrong with me!"

Doc says:  "You're just not eating right."

For the sad woman with carrots: "But I really thought it'd get the kids to eat their veggies..."

The cabbage is even more creepy. If anyone remembers Mr. McGregor from Peter Rabbit, if Beatrix Potter had gone in for darker visuals, it looks like something McGregor might plant in his garden to get back at Peter Rabbit :)
