Hi,

We are about to launch a new stock photography website, and we are looking for an attorney to help us with the contracts, terms and conditions, setting up rules, and etc.

Any recommendations?

I find the statement, "We are starting a new business and don't have an attorney" a little troubling, but what you are probably looking for is an intellectual property attorney
