This simply shows how license terms can be confusing, especially when they have slight differences accross the sites.

I think I missed one thing: do we know which EL was sold for this image? Isn't there any EL in IS that allows print-on-demand?

And I'll take this opportunity to ask again: is a CD cover allowed without an EL?

so the buyer did have the rights to do what they are doing , since they
paid for EL.

Yes, because the CD is purchased for its contents, not its cover. The same goes with book covers.
