I want to scan and upload some pictures of me when I was a baby. But what would I need for this? A model release would be weird because they ask for your age and the baby in the picture is clearly not 24 years old. Should I submit a property release for the pictures or...?

Model release for you, and a property release from your mom, or whoever took them.

You need a Scanner for scanning a image. And just upload those scanned images in a Form. And add all your details. Also provide a Age proof.About your image.

surely it's just a model release with your mum as the guardian?

it does pose an interesting question: what about if my mum is dead?  sorry, off topic a bit.

Just like any property, when someone dies, it follows the laws of the country unless stated otherwise in a will.

Definitely also a property release needed from the tog or their heirs.

No, the OP just signs the release.  No need for guardian.

i suppose in theory it should make sense that you can release an image of yourself and sign it now, as an adult?  technically your mum owns copyright but then you can have a private agreement between you to transfer that ("mum, can I sell that pic you took of me as a baby?"  ... "of course darling, but who would ever buy it?")
