Do I understand this correctly?

The argument is basically that somebody who looks like her can't make a living as a model.

I really hope Gap fights back in court. Put some of the millions Kim & co. have earned from reality TV into the coffers of lawyers before they lose their case.

The so-called look-alike is a fully-fledged minor actress and model in her own right, how can she be ordered to stop using her face? Even if she was a "look-alike" model, it's still stupid.

Ms. K should be saving her money so she has something to live on when this bubble of fame has moved on to some other cutie pie.

Spending her earnings on lawyers suggests she might have started believing her own publicity. It's amazing what a sex tape and a shapely butt will do to propel someone to media darling

Not a lifetime career, however.

I think calling Kim a cow is rude, but I do agree with your assessment. Plus I think the lawsuit is petty and not sure it will get on the docket, not much substance.

It is great ad though, very catchy.
