Have just found several of my vectors which have been stolen and are now offered for free at vecteezy.

In this portfolio - so far every image I have checked has been stolen from another contributor so you may like to have a look.  I have contacted Vecteezy and they are investigating.

Can someone explain how their system works when they are offering our vectors for free.
I just checked the site and found lots of my partners and my vectors there but clicking on them links back to shutterstock. Presumably they are a Shutterstock affiliate.

The Shutterstock ones are simply affiliate links, so that's their businessmodel, luring visitors with free vectors and providing extra traffic directed to Shutterstock (in return for a commission from SS).

There is a section of sponsored images that link back to ports in shutterstock (these are not free). Then there is another section that has ports of images where folks can download the image for free simply by clicking on them.

It is in one of these ports owned by someone going by the name Norasfed where the stolen images are being claimed as his. I have tracked down where several of these images have been used online and credit has been given to this thief for our images.

He had one of my stolen vectors in his port...NOT in a link to Shutterstock. They've taken it down after I emailed them.
