It seems that less newbies are charming in stating that they made like 300% more that a few months ago.  Seems like everyone made huge gains when they first entered the game. Maybe not the case anymore - a sign of a very mature business now :(

If a new contributor made a dollar one month then four dollars next month that's a 300% increase.

Of course new contributors are going to have best months ever their earnings are on a low scale.

That depends on the agency. I'm reading that isn't the case on iS and isn't always the case on SS.
I note you say SEO rather that agencies' internal search, but probably a pretty small percentage of sales comes via search engines, though I have no actual stats.
