declining downloads and $ since july
i'm very disappointed

SS - 35 % UP
IS - 19 % down
DT - 13 % UP BME
FOT - 5% down WME
StockXpert - 5% down  WME
123 - 3% down
BIG - 3% up

others 16% up

Total revenue is BME, individually most do not reach August heights but still better than previous month.

BS, FP, MSP, CUT - 0%. I am only uploading actively to SS, 123RF, StockXpert and IS. Still working out backlogs on DT.

October was somehow disappointing especially compared to 2007 which was HUGE, but it is still my best month in 2008.

SS has performed extremely well (2nd BME after october 2007, thanks to regular uploads?) and I'm especially surprised by FT which is by far my BME. Same for 123RF, but this one is still a small earner for me.

With no surprise, IS sucks this month  Wink

I just posted my regular monthly earnings report with some graphs in Pixels Away blog.

12% increase in comparison to September, mostly due to reaching $500 total earnings from SS and a good performance of DT.
SS+IS+DT provide almost 80% of my microstock income.

I am getting close to one year in microstock. I will have a few more graphs to present.

Overall, this has been my BME, but not by a whole lot.  For some reason, SS has gone down a lot, yet I uploaded more images in October than in September and August.  Either a saturation point has been hit, or the images I upload are not appealing to buyers.

Another point of interest is that YayMicro is not at 0% this month.  Hopefully this isn't a fluke and they can continue to attract image buyers.

Over half my sales at StockXpert were subs  Angry and several were from photos.com or jiu.  Still not sure what happened to the "October 2-25" time period.  I'm being hopeful that they'll figure it out soon, but then my stats for two months will be messed up.

Overall slightly better than September, yet only my 8th best in the past 12 months, 10% above Oct 2007, and 30% below February, which was my BME.

StockXpert, IS, DT and FT have been my 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th earners for 3 months in a row, with BigStock, FP and 123RF far behind them.

CanStockPhoto and CS still with very low earnings, basically subs.  Scanstock returned from the dead in October.  One sale in Zymm after months, one in Gimmestock (!).  Fotomedia, Albumo and SV dead for months, and still nothing at MP.

A bit down from last month. All agencies with the exception of IS are doing quite a lot better than in September. Unfortunately IS contributed to over 40% of my microstock income last month, and the new best match reduced my sales drastically.  If that doesn't change IS will perform even worse in November Sad

Very nice month at FT 60% over last month, and DT 20% over.

For me it´s hard to evaluate, because i´ve had started on the other sites than IS in October. Here are my results:

Sales overall were down 2% from last month, despite about a 10% increase in portfolio size.  Large increase in number images sold on Dreamtime, but most were subs (hardly any before).

SS = 32.6% of total sales, down from last month
IS = 29% of total sales, down from last month

DT = 15.7% of total sales, up from last month
StockXpert = 11% of total sales, up from last month
123 = 9.5% of total sales, up from last month

FT = 2.3% of total sales, down from last month

Overall a solid month on most sites - SS and DT were both down on previous months, but only slightly - in the case of DT it was a BME for downloads. IS it the concern with it being very up and down throughout the month.

Looking forward to a good November.

Thanks, I think it is fixed now.
I also think I managed to get that right column problem fixed for the internet explorer bug!?

Istock sales the first week were booming, but dropped a lot in week two and tapered off to 50% of the first weeks sales by week four.

Thank goodness other sites picked up the slack. Smiley
