Does any one of you have a delay in payment from Skrill to a bank account?

I am withdrawal money on 12/7/2018, but it's still on Pending...

Try to contact them directly, using this form:

I've closed my account there when I saw that they charge inactivity fees

'Your Skrill Account is free for personal use as long as you login or make a transaction at least every 12 months.
If you don't do this, a service fee of EUR 3.00 (or equivalent) will be deducted monthly from the funds in your account.'
