In the begginning, I looked to see if there were good alternatives and I have to admit that I am sold on Stock Submitter.
Some software will allow you to upload your images to different agencies but not to actually submit them from one place.

In my case, I do lifestyle photography with models and that means lots of model releases that I would have to go fill in in many different agencies (I am currently submitting to 9 agencies). I would spend hours doing tedious work and  it's not worth the 10cent (more or less) per image StockSubmitter charges. The develloppers are putting so much work into it... there is minor updates every few days to follow the inconsistent and ever changing submissions process of each agencies.

If you are a landscape or product photographer that might be different but if you deal with models, best money you could spend if you are serious about stock IMO.

Thanks for your reply, this software is no doubt great but when I was looking at their pricing, to me it look over-priced
I was looking for unlimited upload plan which costed EUR 60 / month or $810 USD if I look for 1 year subscription.

Now that's overprice (what I think), I am basically a vector designer and even the Adobe CC subscription for Illustrator is less. Thinking for the microstock, everyone knows that the the market is declining and earnings are going down. So charging so much money for subscription is too much for any individual. I have few 1000s of files which I have to upload in various agencies and maximum agencies perform poorly. Say my depositphotos earning for 1 year is around $60 even I have ~3k files.
I understand that lot of development is put in and its really an amazing tool for speeding the process and I really want to use it if they lower their prices.

If all your files have the required Metadata you should be able to submit all your images in one month or two then switch your subscription to a lower type or even to the free one, this way you will save a huge amount of time

Microstock market is very unlikely declining :) Average revenue per contributor maybe though. I think many vector designers and photographers should ask Stocksubmitter developer (Niakris on Stocksubmitter forum here) to divide video and photo/vector submission prices since it's too obvious that they earn different money on average.

I agree, I hope that Niakris look at this forum and thinks for revising the pricing.

If you want a permanent solution for a one-time cost of $49 consider Symbiostock Submitter.

The workflow is as follows:

1) You setup WordPress with Symbiostock Pro (all free) ~10 minutes
2) You purchase and install the Symbiostock Submitter ~5 minutes
3) You add your agencies to Symbiostock Submitter (unlimited number) ~5 minutes
4) Upload media (vectors, images) and it all gets auto-submitted

If you do not already self-host, you can create a hosting account with us as well which guarantees compatibility with Symbiostock.

Some benefits of the Symbiostock Submitter:

- no ongoing costs, all submissions and agencies are unlimited and free
- backup repository of all your media
- re-submission built in as well as kept records of what and what has not been submitted
- full support for JPEGs, vectors, and vectors with JPEGs
- full metadata writing and reading built into Symbiostock
- optionally launch your own independent media store

Some limitations:

- Agency must support FTP

Hi Symbiostock Official,

There are 2 stages of the submit process on most of the microstock websites:
1. Upload (by FTP or microstock website).
2. Submit (we select categories, upload property or model release and specify some additonal parameters).

Can Symbiostock Submitter submit files at all? Or it is able to upload files by FTP only?

I read the description of Symbiostock Submitter and it seems to me that it is like FileZill (or other free FTP client) in terms of picture uploading.
