For an agency? Each may have their own requirements. Since this thread does not mention one by name perhaps ask their (your) support staff?

If it were me and you were speaking about the (a) model release I'd want one that clearly shows the talent. Same for a property or trademark release.

There are also some apps that make it easy which incorporate the talent image into the release itself. I still use the iOS app "Easy Release"

I've seen another thread where people take a photo of the talent holding the release and use that on the form. Couldn't remember where it was thou.

Do you guys know if we need a release for someone's back (walking away) or body parts in videos? What's your experience on the major agencies like SS and AS?

Also if there's graffitis on a wall in the background (no art, mainly scribbles), would agencies reject the video for copyright issues? I know they do for photos, but it might be different for videos?

I always take a photo of the talent holding the filled out and signed release. I use that as the talent photo on the release when I submit to the stock sites.

Shutter Stock seems be the most hardcore about requiring releases. But I did just have some videos of close-ups of my hands that I didn't include a release for and they were accepted at all the sites I submit to.
