Here's my estimated daily breakdown, for what it's worth...

The bigger your port and volume of sales, the more of a pattern you see in the days of the week.  Of course, these numbers would represent a "normal" week with no major holidays, and in the summer, Fridays are typically a little worse as people start the weekend early...

Each day's sales as a percent of the total:

Sun: 8%
Mon: 15%
Tues: 20%
Wed: 20%
Thurs: 20%
Fri: 12%
Sat: 5%

Every day except Sunday. Although oddly enough the best sellers are shot on Sunday. Hmm, maybe there's something going on here?  :o

Other than knowing that weekends were slowest and Friday was light, never thought about it. But based on 7+ years, my stats almost the same, except Friday not as bad as I thought.

S 6%
M 16%
T 19%
W 18%
T 19%
F 16%
S 7%

Have no idea what I could do with that information

I store my sales in a database. No work, just SQL

SELECT weekday(Sales.SalesDate), sum(Sales.Commission) AS SalesSum
FROM Sales
GROUP BY weekday(Sales.SalesDate);

Yes, but the image name and agency auto-completes. Date populates automatically, so it's only a few keystrokes per image.

I agree that weekends suck. But I noticed something strange. More than 90% of my sales on Dreamstime, Deposit and Envato are on weekends!

When I check SS on Saturdays and see 0 sales, I don't get depressed because I know that if I check one of those 3 websites, I'll certainly see that something sold.

Don't know why, but Tuesdays seem to be my best days on a pretty consistent basis.  If every day was a Tuesday I'd be rich :D

Today!  Got my first EL on SS, biggest single sale ever, best day ever.  The sale was made when it was still Tuesday in that part of the world, so from my in-depth analysis I'd also state Tuesdays.

i'm not sure i could be bothered trying to work that out, as much as I love a good spreadsheet.... I admit I had a go at it, until I realised that # of sales wasn't necessarily right, and then I gave up when I realised how tough the calculations were. But in general I think Tues/Wed are my better days, but I'm happy to report I make sales every day and that makes me happy.  :)  I get the added bonus of making most of my sales while i sleep and that really feels good!

I cannot tell about a best day, it is variable.
But the worst day is always saturday (probably because it is the "no work day" for most of the religions [?])

I love that too!  Literally, the first thing I do when I wake up is check my phone app for new sales (oh, sometimes I kiss my husband first, when I remember! ;) ).  Great start to the day.
