Topic: What are your criteria for submitting to a microstock agency?

I’m working on my business plan for the year and I am going to narrow my focus to just 10 micro stock agents this year.  I’m looking to set up criteria for what an acceptable agent is.  I’ve narrowed it to the following parameters:

•   Not require exclusivity
•   Provide regular sales on a portfolio of 500 or more images
•   Solid financial backing with a proven track record
•   At least a 20% commission rate to contributors

Was curious if anyone else has put together a plan…and what their requirements are with relation to who they submit to.  Do you submit to anyone that will accept your images or do have specific criteria?  What are your criteria for working with an agent?

My #1...Do not submit to sites that don't provide the option to opt-out of partner programs.

I'd add ease of uploading.  FTP service, batch editing (not one at a time as with Dreamstime & Fotolia), simple categories or none at all, simple MR assignment.  I'll take a chance on an unproven agency if they don't add much to my workload.

1. royalties %
2. checking agency collection and if possible sales from contributors
3. min trust in agency (looking over the agency website etc)
4. option to remove portfolio if needed
5. submission (fast with not many ticks, categories, only ftp)

I am talking about small or new agencies, other agencies no chance but to upload and work with it

Ease of uploading here also. If I can dump my whole portfolio to a site with just a few clicks, I propably end up doing it. Of course I need to see some reports about sales etc.
I have about 6 microstock sites that are the "core" of my sites. Then I have about 10 sites that have very easy upload (active uploading time about 1min / month) that brings me payments slowly, but it happens.
