I'm putting together a web template/background but am unsure what size/resolution to make it?  I'm assuming the resolution should be 72, but with all the screen resolutions out there, what size should I make it? Is it possible to upload several sizes in one file?

Although a lot of older (especially Macintosh) computers are 72dpi, most newer ones are 96dpi or higher.

Mobile pones with built-in Web browers are a different story of course.
