I was going through a crisis for several years and had zero contact online. Now I am trying to locate any of my contributor image library. I had 600+ stock images with Corbis, and I see only 1 or 2 here and there with smaller agencies. Wasn't this my property?!

Corbis/VCG don't own your images they are yours you own the copyright.

As I remember when Corbis closed VCG took over their image base but Getty secured rights to sell Corbis images outside of China.

Thanks, but I never signed anything with Getty. Did Corbis just delete my library? I have most of the images backed up, but it seems like there should be someplace they were stored?

Corbis wouldn't have deleted your images.
Getty would have contacted you. Just about everything went to Getty. Even non-exclusive files were taken by Getty (at 25% royalty). It was all in the contract they sent out. I had about 3500 images and Getty assigned them to another photographer!! Admittedly this other guy had the same name as me so very easy mistake to be made  ;D Took me a year to get them assigned to me and my existing Getty images.
Anyway - you'd better contact Getty.
