I have sent a DVD to Scanstockphoto - if you write them an email I think they will let you.

Alamy does too.
However, this method of pictures delivery sounds to me a bit outdated nowadays. Why would you want doing that if you can upload your pictures online?

Some sites impose upload limits so I would rather send them DVD and let them deal with my whole portfolio at once than waiting for years to upload it.
