Heya,
So I noticed a bunch of ancient "sales" in my ClipDealer interface today (I have almost no files there). I haven't ever been paid by them.
Based on the screenshot...I have had sales, but they set royalty at zero for each transaction.

Anyone know how this works with them.

Wow - ZERO income on all sales! They make the other agencies look awesome!

No worries, it doesn't matter - they don't actually pay out money they owe contributors anyway. Their contract says they pay out at the beginning of the month following a payout request, but I habe been waiting for more than 6 months now. They also don't answer emails related to payment.

I called them and got an actual person. Said they would fix the issue "within a few hours"
Now we will see if something happens...

I consider always complaining as a kind of immature behaviour. I am a contributor to microstock for more than 10 years, and never complain, but change strategy. You may be right, I feel happy with little, and less bitter than you appear to feel.

I've been a contributor there, sold a few HD video files every now and then. After a long period of selling nothing I closed my account. Took me a few tries over a few weeks to get them to actually close it. But they always paid me, even when I closed it and the money was below threshold (in contrast to the #@$@ at CanStockPhoto..)

I requested payment in June and never received it. They also did not respond to three emails i sent. Glad to hear that they respond to emails to close account!

I ended up calling and they answered the phone.
So you might want to try that...

Same here. My payment is overdue for many months now. No replies to emails.

Over a year for me and no payment and no reply. If Leaf is reading please remove the Clipdealer link from the right so no more people get scammed.

Four months waiting for payment now. Great business model...they sell our images but don't pay us. I'm amazed that they are still online and operating...what colossal gall.

No reply to contract termination emails either.
Is there any way to delete the portfolio since they are not doing it when told to do so?

They clearly watched the RevoStock case and are following the same model. Collect all the money for as long as you can and then just close shop without any response to questions and requests and run with the money without any consequence. >:(

After sending an overdue payment notification email every day for the last week or two, I did receive the payment.
No reply to contract termination emails.

which email adres are you using? im waiting for about a year too for a payment

I have a lot of payments there and I always had to request payment first on the page and second to contact the support about this particular request. Sometimes they respond quick, but usually after delay of weeks. I don't know why is this bad practice to not respond emails, but finally i always get my payments.

Maybe time to start a class action and put them out of their misery ;)
