I received an invitation to sell on Pixta, a Japanese agency. Does anyone have any experience with this company? I would be interested.  Terry

I've been getting those invites too. The fact that I can't understand the site raises too many concerns for me. There's no way for english-speakers to track their sales. They just send you that data over email. So basically, they could pay you whatever they want. On the other hand, it might be one of those things that ends up being really profitable. If anyone wants to give it a try, let us know how it goes.

Nice clean layout, and it seems they are also selling photos.

We're probably losing a lot of opportunities by sticking to American and European agencies only but...
we could even manage to find out where's the signup button but what if they require keywording in Japanese?

I did have some subsequent communication via email with the guy who initially contacted me. He agreed to take a HDD - which saves me a lot of effort and pain. I think this market may be a good one (just a hunch) as this is the worlds 2nd largest economy and the culture and language barrier is a significant reason why the buyer may be kinda captive inside of it. It's worth a roll of the dice and a couple days keywording for me. I'll let you know if I get any sales.

They don't require keyworing in Japanese. They are translating the keywords for you.
The only thing is that you'll have to send the signed agreement to them by post, so it will take a while.
After that, you'll have to wait also for the review process, maybe a month or two.
In my case, they said it will be a month or two. Cheesy

Good luck

これは素晴らしいニュースです。私の日本語は私のタガログ語よりも優れています!  Tongue

The fact that I can't understand the site raises too many concerns for me.
Just use google chrome to surf to http://pixta.jp and you can browse the translated site in just 1 click.

Hi,
They invited me several times.
I asked them to change a little bit their agreement (I wish to have possibility to quit every time). And they stopped contacting with me...
