Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

When I upload footage on SS, the thumbnails don't generate until after the images are accepted - if I'm entering image details it never gets beyond a broken image icon, and when they're rejected (which is 2 files so far for "poor editing") I don't actually get anything other than their filename, which makes it really hard to work out which files they're talking about.

Any suggestions?

Holgs- I haven't had this problem lately, but it has happened. Here and there I've experienced weird errors. There is a checkbox on the profile page that you can uncheck so that ftp uploads aren't automatically processed- you get a message on the submit page instead. After I turned auto processing off, things got better, although I now only upload 7 or less video files at a time, because I was getting errors when I uploaded more. You could also try another browser, although that never helps with me, but it's worth a try.

The thumbnails sometimes disappear but the clips get reviewed and then they show up. My last upload had a thumbnail but I had an email that there was an error and I had to re-submit. SS still aren't as good with footage as they are with stills.
