It just wasn't worth it anymore. I uploaded lots of new work in the beginning of 2017 and nothing new was downloaded. Some of my photos require hours of editing so when they don't see the light of day, it becomes counter-productive.

I'm quality over quantity so micro just wasn't for me. I can't compete with huge factories.

I'm sure eventually my revenue will fall but it was decreasing anyway (now leveling out) with or without new uploads.

You may be editing your material too much.

Beautiful images don't always sell in stock video/photo business.

I increased about 32%, from roughly $132,000 in 2016 to around $175,000 in 2017.

Let's hope 2018 goes just as well.

We uploaded about 20% footage but had 0% increase in income. Completely identical income results (maybe +- 100$).

Stock Guy 101 , can you up load a link to one of your sites. Your numbers are really good. I would love to see your work . I am guessing it is top shelf. My numbers/revenue  where virtually the same as last year with an increase of 500 images and a handful of videos. .
